Role Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager specialized in gene therapy to help identify and nurture opportunities with both new and existing customers through outbound and inbound inquires. Key Responsibilities: Sales of gene therapy related products. Relationship and trust building with new customers to win new business in gene therapy industry. Proficiency in a team selling environment and collaborate cross-functionally for proper utilization of internal resources. Operate effectively in a multi-tasking, dynamic environment, while maintaining focus and a customer first attitude. Basic Qualifications: Ph.D. in cellular and molecular biology, genetics, genomics, biochemistry, immunology, or related fields. Prior successful field sales experience selling into clinical, academic, government, and biotech. Knowledgeable in genetics and gene therapy. Demonstrate strong entrepreneurial mindset, collaborative behaviors, and good negotiating skills. Excellent interpersonal, telephone, presentation, oral, and written communication skills.
