Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Appointment Scheduling: Learn and master the art of efficiently scheduling appointments for candidates to view homes, ensuring a smooth and organized process.
2. Property Showcasing: Virtually showcase completed housing projects, providing comprehensive insights and information to potential tenants.
3. Data Management: Utilize management software like Zillow and Zumper to store and organize data related to housing projects and candidate interactions.
4. Communication: Develop effective communication skills to interact with candidates, landlords, and internal team members, creating positive and helpful interactions.
5. Training: Engage in a comprehensive three-day training program designed to equip you with the skills necessary for effective property management and customer service.
6. Time Commitment: Dedicate a minimum of 5 hours daily, totaling 20 hours weekly, ensuring consistent and productive contributions to the team.
7. Compensation and Performance: Demonstrate commitment and eagerness to learn. Excellence in dashboard management and data organization will enhance your chances of earning extra compensation. Payments are made weekly, every Friday.
8. Collaboration: Work closely with a diverse team of remote workers located across the United States, contributing to shared goals and delivering exceptional service.
