We are currently looking for a Junior Sales Representative/ Lead Generator, responsible for generating B2B leads. You will be responsible for the lead generation program and nurture the business sales leads through email marketing, social media lead extraction, trade association lead lists, and grassroot online marketing channels. Able to establish ongoing rapport with potential customers using excellent sales and communications skills. The purpose is to reach targeted businesses, introduce our solutions, document all related data, and set up demos and appointments for the Sales Team.
Responsibilities:
Research, collect, manage lead generation process
Identify lead sources and lead extraction strategies
Work with marketing to conduct email and social media campaigns
Conduct customer research and contact prospects to qualify leads
Direct email and online marketing to key clients and prospects
Follow-up on leads and setup appointments with the sales team
Collaboratively work with the sales, and marketing team to develop lead generation strategies
Participate in the preparation of proposals and / or sales presentations
Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services to facilitate the sales process
Manage all account information in CRM database accurately
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree
Direct work experience in a sales and lead generation process
Experience with research and maintaining databases
Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
Strong project and time management skills
Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Effective listening and understanding of customer expectations
Ability to work remotely, reaching international customers base
Highly efficient Excel and Microsoft office skills
Sound knowledge of online research techniques

Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
