Responsibilities:
Having sound knowledge of establishing new hospital, and it's branding and promotion
Having sound experience in hiring medical staff like Doctor, Nurse, Pharmacist, etc.
Creating and implementing marketing plans to advertise the hospital's services to clients, healthcare professionals, and the general public.
Managing marketing campaigns including developing marketing materials, and monitoring campaign results.
Managing social media and digital marketing, which involves producing content, examining data, and coming up with plans to boost interaction.
Conducting market research to find areas for expansion, evaluate competition positioning, and collect information to guide marketing plans.
Managing recruitment and HR operations including creating recruitment strategy, running application tracking systems, and making sure labour rules and regulations are followed.
Overseeing employee engagement initiatives, including training and development programs, performance management, and employee recognition.
Qualifications, Experience & Requirements:
MBA (HR Major & Marketing Minor) With 8-10 Yrs of hospital Exps.
Graduate in any field with 12-15 years of hospital Exps.
Strong marketing and digital marketing skills.
Excellent leadership and management skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations.
Proficiency in basic computer skills and electronic health record systems.
Ability to analyze and interpret data and reports.
