We are seeking an innovative Digital Marketing / Graphic Designer to create compelling visual assets and designs to bolster our company's digital marketing campaigns.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Design social media posts, cover photos, and profile pictures that align with the brand's visual identity and messaging.
• Collaborate with Web Developers to create visually appealing and user-friendly website layouts and designs.
• Create visually appealing and engaging designs for digital marketing materials, including social media graphics, website banners, email templates, infographics, and display ads.
• Develop brand identity elements, such as logos, icons, and visual guidelines, to maintain a consistent brand image across all platforms.
• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and reflect the brand's tone and messaging.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and graphic design.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
• At least 2- year experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency setting.
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel (Automation) and various digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Experience with web design and development, HTML, CSS, and responsive design is a plus.
• Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing platforms, and channels, including social media, websites, and email marketing.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and best practices.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
• Proactive mindset, creativity, and a keen aesthetic sense.
• Own work equipment with WINDOWS Operating System (OS)
• USB noise-canceling headset
• At least 25 Mbps internet speed and backup internet
• Amenable to work Pacific Time (USA) and available to start immediately
• Weekly pay and minimum of 25 hours a week until transitioned to full-time hours
