I am seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to create individualized treatment plans and analyze progress through cutting-edge technology as your kids work to achieve their goals. With support from your team of RBTs and other expert clinicians working across disciplines, there is hands-on instruction, motivation, assistance, and availability for peer play, all in an atmosphere designed to optimize ABA.
Responsibilities:
Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
Mentoring and supporting behavior technicians.
Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
Conduct regular parent/caregiver training for family members.
Prioritize the safety of clients and others involved in each case.
Consult with clients and provide continuous program direction and maintenance.
Analyze data/behavior and make data-based decisions.
Guide the ongoing implementation of teaching procedures.
Ensuring program directives from the senior clinical team are implemented accurately and timely.
Deliver individualized, person-centered care rooted in the principles of assent-based treatment.
Qualifications:
Master's degree or higher.
BCBA certification or expected to sit for the BCBA exam within the next three months.
Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
Certification, registration, or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment.
Exceptional professional, interpersonal, and communication skills.
