Job Title: Conversion Expert - We Teach Remotely
Are you a seasoned Preply tutor with a proven track record of turning trials into triumphs? We're looking for you!
Position Overview:
As a Conversion Expert with We Teach Remotely, your primary mission is to assist tutors within our community in securing their first paying students on the Preply platform. Leverage your expertise to guide and support fellow tutors, ensuring they not only excel in trial lessons but also seamlessly transition those opportunities into paying students.
Responsibilities:
Conduct one-on-one sessions with We Teach Remotely tutors to assess their trial lessons.
Provide constructive feedback and personalized strategies to increase trial-to-conversion rates.
Share best practices and insider tips for capturing students' interest and commitment.
Foster a supportive environment for tutors, addressing concerns and providing encouragement.
Collaborate with the We Teach Remotely team to enhance support resources and training materials.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Preply tutor with a trial-to-conversion rate of at least 80%.
Exceptional communication and mentoring skills.
Passion for helping others succeed in their teaching journey.
Ability to tailor guidance to individual tutor needs.
Compensation:
For each tutor you assist in securing their first paying student, you'll earn $20. Your expertise not only enriches the community but also puts extra cash in your pocket!
