If you are selected as a technical interviewer, you will follow the process detailed below:
- You will receive the specific criteria that candidates must meet.
- Based on your experience and knowledge, you will determine the evaluation methods for each criterion. In other words, you will tell us how you will confirm it.
- We will take care of scheduling the interviews with the candidates.
After conducting each interview, you will inform us:
- Whether the candidate meets the required criteria or not.
- Whether, based on your experience, you believe the candidate will succeed in the role or not, and why.
- Whether you would recommend the company to hire this candidate or not, and why.
