Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Identifying potential individual or corporate renters through platforms like furnishfinder.com.
• Understand their needs and promote our products.
• Respond to inquiries and build good relationships.
• Write emails and make calls to introduce and sell our products and services.
• Keep track of responses and follow up.
• Keep a sales journal to track leads and activities.
• Provide reports on sales performance.
• Share insights and ideas with the team.
• Help improve products and marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
• Previous sales experience, especially in B2B or wholesale.
• Good communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM and email tools.
• Results-driven and organized.
