Responsibilities in Cubing:
Responsible for reviewing video surveys of client’s homes to assess and determine the number of boxes and shipping containers required to successfully move all items.
Understand the difference in box sizes (small, medium and large) and shapes (wardrobe and dish boxes) to properly store a client's belongings. For larger items (sofas, tables, bookshelves, etc.) you will need to research on google the measurements and weight sizes.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
This role requires working closely with the Survey Team to ensure clear video files and completed documents for clients requiring our moving services. The role requires shift work and flexibility is an asset.
All successful candidates can expect full time hours either in the cubing role or on the phones as a customer service representative.
Responsibilities in Customer Service Representative:
As a customer service representative, you are responsible for following up with customers who have input their information online. These customers have shown interest in our services.
Your main focus will be confirming details and transferring calls to the sales department.
Hours of operation are from 8am - 12am EST Monday - Friday, Saturday 9am - 9pm EST and Sunday 9am - 12am EST.
Technical Requirements
· Own Personal computer / Laptop with Windows 10 or 11
· Hardwired internet connection (must be Ethernet, not Wi-Fi)
· USB Headset with microphone and mute button (3.5mm, Bluetooth etc. will not work)
· Minimum internet speed of 25Mbps download and 10Mbps upload
· Minimum of 4 core processor OR HIGHER, AND AT LEAST 8gb ram
