Responsibilities:
Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage content across various social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engagement with our audience.
Content Posting: Regularly update our online platforms with fresh and relevant content. Respond to comments with thoughtful messages.
One-off Tasks: Tackle a variety of administrative tasks as needed, demonstrating resourcefulness and efficiency.
Spreadsheet Expertise: Manage and organize data using spreadsheets, analyze information, and generate reports to support decision-making processes.
Leadership Support: Assist with leadership-related tasks, such as scheduling meetings, drafting emails, and coordinating projects.
Copywriting: Create compelling and error-free copy for marketing materials, emails, and other communication channels.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in social media management and content posting.
Proficiency in using various social media platforms, content management systems, and scheduling tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle one-off tasks efficiently.
Expertise in working with spreadsheets, data analysis, and reporting.
Previous experience in leadership or management positions is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Copywriting experience.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality work.
