Job Summary: As the Sales Director at GratitudeToken.world, you will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy to drive the adoption of our startup's ecosystem. You will lead a team of sales professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute the sales strategy to drive the adoption of GratitudeToken.world's token and tech. - Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure individual and team success. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales collateral, presentations, and materials to support the sales process. - Identify and prioritize target markets and key accounts, conducting market research to understand customer needs and preferences. - Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive adoption and secure strategic partnerships. - Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients to showcase the value proposition of GratitudeToken.world. - Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and updates to the executive team. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential risks. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business is a plus, MBA is a plus. - Marketing, or a related field would be great. - Proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably in the blockchain or technology industry. - Strong understanding of blockchain technology and the ability to articulate its benefits to potential clients. - Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. - Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to close deals and secure strategic partnerships. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, with a high degree of self-motivation and adaptability. - Familiarity with decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs) and the web 3 ecosystem is highly desirable.
