The high level, general requirements for the KPI of the position are as follows (the position is not limited to just these metrics, as the SDR role is developed, changes and additions could be made):
Excellent English skills is a must
Willing to work fulltime and can start immediately
Ability to work on a long term basis, responsible and dedicated
Sales and Customer Service experience
Qty 100 minimum calls per day on a recorded dialer
Calls do not count if SDR Outbound Call Form is not filled out
20% of called leads qualified and provided to Business Solutions Administrator to be added to Keap CRM
Monthly performance of 10+ booked appointments
Weekly performance review of qty 10 spot-checked, recorded calls
All SOPs affecting the SDR role will be reviewed monthly to ensure quality performance in the role
