**What You'll Be Doing đź“ť**
- Researching trends and tactics to optimize viewer retention according to YouTube's algorithms.
- Crafting prop lists, challenges, punishments, and prizes for videos, subject to approval by the Head of Writing.
- Collaborating with on-site teams daily to ensure that the creative vision is met in production decisions. This includes procurement choices, material sourcing, and scouting film locations.
- Taking meeting notes and maintaining organization and tracking of all creative documents in the production team drive.
