I have deep experience in customer service and I describe myself being a customer-oriented person. I can be the main point of contact for assigned customers. Now I am the main point of contact for the big hotel chain Rosewood. I am very good at developing and maintaining long-term relationships with accounts. Also, I make sure that all the clients receive requested products and services at earliest possible. I am also keen on marketing content, writing articles, social media platforms. I have experience on researching and writing different projects/ articles as I have done this work throughout my undergraduate degree.
