As an Online Customer Support Agent at PlacidWay, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You will assist clients with inquiries, address their concerns, provide detailed information about our medical tourism services and destinations, facilitate orders, and manage return shipping processes. In addition to offering support, you will also have a unique opportunity to act as a valuable resource for clients, contributing to the success of our sales efforts. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Engagement: - Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude when interacting with customers. - Assist the customer service team by following up on recent communications with clients. - Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various communication channels. 2. Sales Support: - Interact with customers in a consultative manner, helping them understand the benefits of our medical tourism services. - Recognize and effectively address customer objections, guiding them toward informed decisions. - Develop an in-depth understanding of company products and services to address customer queries accurately. 3. Order Processing and Coordination: - Efficiently process orders, forms, applications, and requests from clients. - Collaborate with partners as needed to coordinate seamless experiences for our clients. 4. Continuous Improvement: - Provide valuable feedback on the performance of the customer service methods and strategies. - Collaborate with the team to create and implement effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards. 5. Customer Satisfaction: - Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering expert customer support and personalized assistance throughout the medical tourism journey. Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm and empathetic when dealing with stressed or upset customers. - Basic knowledge of computers and proficiency in using communication tools. - Preferred: Previous experience working in customer service, especially in the context of the healthcare or medical tourism industry.
