Glorium Technologies is an outsourcing company with an HQ in NJ and development centers in Ukraine, Poland, Cyprus. We were founded in 2010 and have already expanded our team to over 180 sharp-minded people. The majority of our projects are within Healthcare and Real Estate domains.
Does this relate to you?
• Proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate level.
• 1.5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with creating automated email flows, personalization, dynamic content, email campaigns, email templates, and website analytics.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• A/B testing experience.
• Understanding of email technology fundamentals (DKIM, SPF, DMARC, soft and hard bounces, complaint rates, unsubscribe rates, postmasters, etc.).
• Understanding of email content and its impact on delivery (subject lines, text, graphic design, etc.).
• Familiarity with spam filter logic.
• Attention to detail.
A new team member will be in charge of:
• Creating email templates.
• Ensuring email template compliance with mobile/web requirements.
• Tracking and enhancing the effectiveness of email campaigns.
• Participating in A/B testing.
• Addressing email deliverability issues.
